Coaches talk while they coach. TryoutBrain turns what they said and scored into a personal report for each athlete, emailed to every family, read by the coach before it goes.

TryoutBrain is tryout software for youth and adult sports clubs. Coaches and evaluators score athletes from their phones by voice, sliders or paper sheets; the app matches every observation to the athlete, ranks the field, helps the staff place athletes on teams, and emails each family their result with the reasons. It is built in Canada and serves clubs in Canada and the United States.

A tryout ends in a decision. A clinic ends in forty families asking the same question: what did the coaches see, and what should we work on? TryoutBrain answers with a one-page report per athlete: scores per skill, strengths, what to work on, and the coaches' quotes, sent to every family at once after the coach has read it. Families sign up through a link or QR code, check in on the day, and coaches score from their own phones by voice, sliders or a photo of the paper sheet.
